Janice Branco is a successful business woman with over 20 years experience. She began her career in healthcare as a Developmental Services Worker before switching to a career within the family excavating business. She has dedicated herself to the business, demonstrating extraordinary professionalism and quality service to the community. Through her vast experience, Janice provides incredible customer service, project management, coordination of employees and time management skills.

In 2019, Janice made the decision to take her career in a different direction and complete her certification in home staging through the Canadian Staging Professionals (CSP) International. Janice had the pleasure of receiving both in the classroom and hands on training by CSP’s founder and author of Home Staging for Dummies, Christine Rae. Through her training, Janice learned the key concepts that are crucial to succeed in the staging business. She is fully insured and ready to assist you in the staging in your home.

In 2021, Janice made one more large career choice and that was to add Senior Move Management to her number of Skills. She has learned through NASMM, the NASMM Cornerstone Program as well as the Code of Ethics and will practice these within her business. She felt that helping to transition Seniors from their homes is a way to give back to the community and believes it is personally rewarding.

Janice’s career experiences are beneficial to her new clients and in the success of New Views by Jan. Managing large projects on a deadline and ensuring the work is completed in a timely manner, is her expertise, along with healthcare and interior home décor background. She strives to go above and beyond to please her customers and retain positive business relationships.
